Thus, the green tea’s fresh and brisk flavors were mostly preserved, and ideally, most of its original characters remained. The final instant tea powders are green or yellow in color. The tea liquor is clear and bright with fresh taste and full-bodied fragrance. They have been widely applied in ice green tea, honey green tea, sencha and others.
